Leadership Team

Co-FounderLeslie (Les) is a co-founder and director of Panplan and CCIG Capital. Les is a senior finance executive with over 25 years of experience in investment banking and structured lending. Prior to co-founding CCIG with Lance, Leslie spent 7 years at Caterpillar Financial Australia where he held a senior role.
Before immigrating to Melbourne in 2010, Les spent 15 years with Rand Merchant Bank in South Africa including as Head of Project Finance and as Head of Investment Banking for Africa. Les has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical (Industrial) Engineering, Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering and Masters in Business Administration, all from the University of Witwatersrand.

Co-FounderLance is a co-founder and director of Panplan and CCIG Capital. Lance also serves as a member of the Group Executive Committee of Pan African Shopfitters, the largest shopfitting company in Africa, which was founded by Lance’s grandfather Gunther in 1948. From the outset, Gunther and his sons, Steven and Arnold, also focused on developing a significant portfolio of property interests.
Over the last 27 years Lance has been responsible for managing the family’s property interests. With his immigration to Melbourne in 2010, Lance expanded the family property business into Australia, having successfully developed several sizeable apartment developments in Melbourne. Lance has a Bachelor of Science in Building from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Finance Manager
Jayne is a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of experience in Business Services assisting with accounting, tax consulting and compliance for a variety of clients, including high-net worth individuals, SMEs and family groups. Jayne started her accounting career at GMK Partners before moving across to Deloitte Private. Prior to this, Jayne worked as a business analyst within Finance Client Services at Roy Morgan Research.
Jayne has a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting, Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Business (Marketing).

Development DirectorJason is a highly experienced property development manager with over 30 years of expertise across the residential, commercial, retail, government, and community sectors.
He is known for his ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver creative, high-performing outcomes. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of building design and property financials, Jason consistently drives projects from concept to completion.
Jason’s passion for property spans the full development cycle—from master planning and planning approvals to design management and delivery.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building and a Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Swinburne University.
